Start with the README, Executive Summary, Glossary, and Concept Index before editing a working paper or register.

Identify the domain boundary
Choose an open workstream and state which assumption, constraint, risk, or verification claim your work affects.

Preserve traceability
Use the existing directories, metadata, citation style, and requirements traceability documents. Avoid changing a term without updating its index and glossary entry.

Invite falsification
Contributions should make claims clearer, more measurable, more legally grounded, or easier to disprove—not simply more persuasive.
